Shipping Policy
*Custom items usually ready to be ship within 1-2 weeks depending on order size. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business day during normal business hours EST. business hours does not include weekends, holidays and shipping carrier holidays.
Processing time and ship out date may be delayed due to charge verification, special requests, custom made items, orders on hold for color difference and etc. Orders will be shipped via major carrier like FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS.
*No International orders.
Return Policy
Refunds for return can only be issued back to the original method of payment on the order.​
*Customized items are non-refundable
If you would like to request a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees paid on the order is not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns must be approved: Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days after approval. Returnable items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition (e.g. unopened and unused). Please use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation for any return items to prevent any lost goods. Any signs of used products will not be approved for refunds and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer.
