Full event design pricing varies based on the location of the venue, time between the date of booking and the date of the event, complexity of the event, guest count, number of events being held, anticipated hours required to design the event and the complexity of the event installation. After an initial phone consultation, we can give you a more clear picture of pricing, but you can generally expect for Full Event Design to range from $5,000 to $15,000. All decorative items are additional to the fee for our creative designs and time, and you pay all of your vendors directly so there is full transparency of costs. Our Full Event Design package includes our Day-of Styling, and adding Month of Coordination to any design package is a way to make your event experience effortless with our team there to manage your reception and all vendors.
Partial event design generally ranges from $3,000 to $9,500 depending on how many aspects of the event design we are taking on for you. All of our Partial Design package include our Day-of Styling, and adding Month of Coordination to any design package is a way to make your event experience effortless with our team there to manage your reception and all vendors.
Elopements and Small Events are priced on a case by case basis based on the number of vendors involved, guest count, type of event and anticipate hours required. Please call us to tell us more about your event so that we can give you more clear pricing!
Month of Coordination starts at $2,500 and varies depending on venue location, travel, any additional assistants required, and total hours required for the event. Reception management through Month of Coordination is a frequent and fantastic add-on to our Design packages for a seamless and elegant client experience.
Day-of Styling starts at $1,200 for up to 4 hours of pre-event set-up, and varies depending on location of venue, travel, any additional assistants required, and total hours required for set-up. All Design packages include Day-of Styling.
Hourly Consulting has a 5 hour minimum to retain our consulting services, and additional hours may be purchased in hourly units as desired. Time is billed at $100 per hour.
Floral Decor pricing is completely customized based on your style, flowers desired, containers, size of arrangements, additional room decor and distance to the venue.
