All rentals are subject to a 50% non refundable deposit to book for your event date along with a signed contract.
Invoices are sent out on all rentals or services for an event.
Once payment is made on any order for rentals or event services the invoice is treated the same as a signed contract and you acknowledge these terms.
Customized orders are not started until deposit is made. We do offer payment plans but final payment is due in full prior to all events.
We do all deliveries and pickups there’s NO CUSTOMER PICK UPS.
A delivery fee will be applied for all deliveries and is based on rental items and location of your event.
Set up, Breakdown at any event are additional and a fee will be applied appropriately.
All item are for rent unless indicated and requires a refundable security deposit. Security deposit is refunded after inspection of returned rentals.
Any damaged or missing items a fee or full value of item(s) will be charged.
We charge a cleaning fee on some rentals this fee will be deducted from security deposit and remaining balance refunded.
Payments made with debit or credit card there’s a 2.9% fee on balances this amount will be deducted from security deposit.
